SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (March 5, 2019) – Caliber - The Wealth Development Company has announced Aspen View Homes and Bridgewater Homes as the first new home builders to enter its 165-acre mixed-use development in Johnstown, Colorado. Dubbed, The Ridge, this is the largest project in Colorado for the Arizona-based real estate investment, development and management firm. Combined, the builders will take down 208 lots with homes ranging from 1,460 to 3,800 square feet, and pricing starting in the high $300s.
